Spring Season 2024
We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails and texts containing important information. Due to this being a mass email system, please add us to your safe-senders list and frequently check your filters to confirm messages aren't directed to your junk mail, spam, or clutter. Communication is key to ensuring the success of the league experience for everyone. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. April 4, 2024: LIVE Draft
Our LIVE "Spring Season Draft" will happen next Saturday, May 4th!
This event is an "NFL Style LIVE DRAFT"! Coaches will announce who is on their team, and the players receive their jerseys (on stage) in front of the audience!

Draft Times are as follows:
12U & 14U Division Drafts @12:00pm
6U Division Draft @ 1:00 pm
8U Division Draft @ 2:00pm
10U Division Draft @ 3:00 PM
*We will not be doing the Live Draft for Lil' Ballers. However, they are welcome to come and watch.
April 5, 2024: First Games and Practices for all age groups
June 23, 2024: Lil' Ballers Awards Ceremony. Playoffs & Championships for all other age groups
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys & Flag Belts must be worn each week. Your athlete's jersey and flags, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration, will be distributed on September 23rd. If you are unable to attend the "Meet and Greet", those items will be given to your coach and can be picked up the first day of practice/games (September 24th.)
*Shorts or sweatpants without pockets should be worn for practice & games. If a participants wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit players' hands or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats, athletic shoes, or sneakers.
Practices:
Central Mass Flag Worcester will schedule mandatory practices 30 minutes prior to the games. Your child's Coach may or may not want to schedule additional practices with their team. This is encouraged, but in no way sanctioned by or organized by Central Mass Flag Worcester. Additional practices are strictly between the Coaches, Players and Families of the Team(s). Attending or not attending additional practices will have NO affect on how much play time your athlete gets during games. Please let us know immediately should you feel as if your child's coach is not following this protocol.
